A lady asked to pet the 10-month-old French bulldog, then selected up and strolled when the holder, Shaughnessy Keely, was occupied at the till of a downtown Vancouver tattoo parlor and gallery.

The 90-second incident was recorded on security cameras at The Fall Tattooing & Artists' Gallery at 644 Seymour, and Keely imparted it on Instagram in the trusts of distinguishing the criminal and recouping her pet.
